Circulation classification & audit
The project enabled the clients to get accurate snapshot of circulation at any point of time in the 6 month audit period and beyond. Spotting the trends in average circulation and thus forecasting was made easier. Several manual processes were automated as a result. The end result was an efficient and timely publisher’s statement compiling drive during each audit period. All backlog audits were caught up and department stays current on all audits since then.
